Teanna LaNise Ross is a creative director, brand and business strategist, and the founder of Kreative Eye Design. For nearly two decades, she has helped entrepreneurs, businesses and community organizations transform ideas into brands that are clear, credible and ready to move forward.
With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Communication and an MBA in Marketing, Teanna brings both creative expertise and business perspective to every engagement. Her work extends beyond aesthetics. She considers the audience, message, positioning, objectives and systems behind the brand so the final result is not only visually compelling, but strategically aligned.
Since founding Kreative Eye Design in 2007, Teanna has designed more than 50 websites and supported hundreds of businesses and organizations through branding, marketing, creative development and digital communications. Her broader leadership experience includes developing programs, leading multidisciplinary teams, facilitating statewide trainings, building strategic partnerships and helping organizations turn complex ideas into practical, sustainable initiatives.
That range of experience gives her a distinct perspective: creativity becomes more powerful when it is connected to strategy, and strategy becomes more useful when it can be translated into action.
